Summary: Orders ship in 1–3 business days. U.S. warehouse items usually arrive in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Partner / international items typically arrive in 7–14 business days. Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout; items marked “Free Shipping” ship free. International customers are responsible for any duties/taxes on delivery. Full details below.

Welcome aboard! At The Dock Drop, we aim to make every delivery as smooth as a calm sea. Here’s how shipping works:

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm MT may begin processing the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, cruise-season rush), processing may take a little longer.

Shipping & Delivery

We prioritize fast, reliable U.S. shipping. Some items include free U.S. shipping when labeled “Free Shipping”. Certain Dock Drop Partnership™ products may include a shipping fee set by the vendor. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • U.S. Warehouse Items: Most domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving the warehouse.
  • Partnership / International Items: Some items ship directly from our partners and may include shipping fees or longer delivery times. Typical delivery is 7–14 business days, depending on origin.
  • Mixed Orders: If your cart contains items from multiple warehouses, parts of your order may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx (and DHL for select international routes). The carrier is chosen based on speed, destination, and item type.

No PO Box Delivery: We’re unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a complete physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers. Partner and international items may take longer due to distance and customs. Tracking will be provided for each package.

Order Tracking

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it dock-to-door.
  • Tracking may display “Label Created” until the carrier scans your package into their network.

Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t guarantee changes after an order is placed.
  • If a package is marked Delivered but you can’t locate it, check with housemates, neighbors, your building/office, and your local post office first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll assist.
  • Undeliverable / Address Errors: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship to the corrected address (additional postage may apply).

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT/GST, or import taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are not collected by The Dock Drop and may be due upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and make it right.
